SMOKING: All facilities at the Shrine of St. Therese are non-smoking.
PETS: There are no pets allowed in any of the Shrine of St. Therese facilities.
CLEANING & DAMAGE: The Shrine of St. Therese is a non-profit retreat and sanctuary to be used by all who visit Southeast Alaska. All donations and fees for the use of the Shrine facilities are funneled back into the maintenance of the grounds and facilities. Help us maintain our current fees and avoid the necessity of additional charges. Cleaning and damage charges will be added for:Damage to the facility and/or contents - Removal of trash - Professional cleaning.
LIABILITY: As renters or users of the Shrine of St. Therese property, we agree to protect, indemnify and hold harmless St. Therese and the Diocese of Juneau and its personnel from any claim, loss or cause of action arising out of or related to our usage of St. Therese by any renters, facility users or their family members, guests or invitees, unless as a direct result of the negligence of Shrine of St. Therese.
